My duties are: Online troubleshooting with clients' internet connections for problems faced and finding solutions, also Maintaining the DNS clients database by adding new users, Training clients online on how to use the internet (sending/receiving mails), Maintenance of the internet services by checking logs and phone connection. Our connectivity is via VSAT through Skyvision, and also through Fibre Optic Seacom. My country's connectivity depends on quite a number of International Providers.
